Casting.mt is an online talent directory operated by Indydog Film, Malta. The platform connects actors with productions for film, television, theatre and commercial work.

• Users must be 18 or over to register.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information.
• Casting.mt reserves the right to reject or remove any profile at its discretion.
• One account per person.

• Verified status requires a professional headshot, at least one credit, a showreel link, and approval by the Casting.mt team.
• Verified status is subject to annual renewal at the current fee (currently €20/year).
• Casting.mt reserves the right to revoke verified status if profile standards are not maintained.

• The annual verified listing fee is currently €20.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Right of withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. However, by proceeding with payment and accessing your verified listing immediately, you expressly consent to waive this right as the digital service has been fully performed. A clear acknowledgement is required at checkout: "I understand that my verified listing will be activated immediately and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal."
• Refund policy: Due to the immediate activation of digital services, refunds are not available once a verified listing has been activated, except where required by applicable law.
• Renewal: Annual fees are not automatically renewed. Actors will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. No automatic charges will be made.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, verified status will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.
• Disputes: Any payment disputes should be directed to hello@casting.mt in the first instance.

• Casting.mt is a platform for connecting productions and actors, we do not participate in or guarantee any casting decisions.
• Productions are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their casting calls.
• Casting.mt reserves the right to remove any casting call at its discretion.
• Casting.mt does not guarantee employment or any outcome from applications made through the platform.

• Maintaining the platform and keeping it accessible.
• Processing payments securely via Stripe.
• Sending notifications as described in these terms.
• Protecting user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Casting decisions made by productions.
• The accuracy of information provided by users.
• Any employment contracts or agreements made between actors and productions.
• Loss of opportunity, income or reputation arising from use of the platform.
• Technical issues outside our control, including hosting outages.
• Actions of third party services including Stripe, email providers or social media platforms.

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload to Casting.mt including photographs, videos, showreel links, biographical information and any other materials.

By uploading content to Casting.mt, users confirm and warrant that:

• They are the owner of the content or have full rights and permissions to use it
• The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party including photographers, videographers, directors or other rights holders
• If photographs were taken by a professional photographer, the user has obtained the photographer's permission to use those images on Casting.mt
• The content does not contain the likeness of any other person without their consent
• The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation

Users grant Casting.mt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their uploaded content on the platform for the purpose of operating the directory. This licence ends when the user deletes their content or closes their account.

Casting.mt reserves the right to remove any content that it reasonably believes infringes third party rights or violates these terms, without prior notice.

Casting.mt accepts no liability for content uploaded by users. Any claims regarding uploaded content should be directed to hello@casting.mt.

Users must not upload content that:

• Infringes the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person
• Contains images or likenesses of third parties without their consent
• Is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise inappropriate
• Misrepresents the user's identity, appearance, credits or experience
• Contains false or misleading information

Casting.mt reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these requirements without notice or refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

Casting.mt reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.
